Need help with YumeBee, hit a bug, or have an idea? The quickest way is inside the app: message @yumebee, the official admin account. Open Add friend, go to By username, type yumebee and send the request — then just tell us what happened. Feel free to reach out; we'd rather hear it than not.

That chat is an ordinary YumeBee chat, so it's end-to-end encrypted and it disappears after 24 hours like everything else. If you'd like a record of what you sent — or you'd rather not use a chat — mail us instead and we'll get back to you.

To report someone's behaviour, use Report inside the app rather than either of the above — it reaches the people who action reports, and child-safety reports are escalated first. See the usage guide and our Child Safety Standards.
